Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect color choice selected by the customer
• Delays caused by courier services after dispatch
• Minor variations in color, texture, or measurements that naturally occur with handmade products

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

We take great care in inspecting all items before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during delivery
• Defective due to a production error
• Different from the item ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
• A brief description of the issue

Failure to report the issue within 48 hours may affect our ability to process your request.

Once your claim is received, we will review the information provided and respond within 2–5 business days.

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

• Repair of the item
• Replacement of the item
• Store credit for future purchases
• Partial or full refund (where applicable)

The appropriate solution will be determined based on the nature of the issue.

All custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted once production has begun unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved order details.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Measurements
• Sizes
• Color preferences
• Design specifications

Decency's Crochet Designs will not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided production has not started.

Once materials have been purchased or work has commenced, cancellation requests may not be approved.

If approved, any applicable processing or material costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges are only available for approved cases involving:

• Defective items
• Damaged items
• Incorrect items sent by us

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition before an exchange can be processed.
